Montrose man charged with shooting at fictional character

Pennsylvania State Police stated that a Montrose man was suspected of taking methamphetamine. He was accused of shooting an imaginary person in his home, then went to a neighbor's house and shot inside the residence.

The police said no one was injured in the incident on Sunday, November 7, but Richard Bergliomini, 48, was charged with criminal pranks and violating gun regulations.
