Pennsylvania State Police stated that a Montrose man was suspected of taking methamphetamine. He was accused of shooting an imaginary person in his home, then went to a neighbor's house and shot inside the residence.

The police said no one was injured in the incident on Sunday, November 7, but Richard Bergliomini, 48, was charged with criminal pranks and violating gun regulations.

According to a police report, Begliomini was accused of shooting inside his house on National Highway 706 at around 7:51pm on November 7 (Sunday), then went to the home of a 64-year-old couple and shot the window. Shower wall and living room wall. The loss is estimated to be more than $1,000.
