Immersive Technologies stated that it is celebrating its 15th anniversary of providing "workforce optimization solutions" for Liebherr fleet owners.

The company has a long history of supporting mining customers in developing safe and efficient equipment operators, and in the past 15 years, Immersive stated that it has brought the most effective and efficient Liebherr simulation to mines around the world Training solutions.

In 2006, Immersive Technologies developed the first Liebherr T282 haul truck simulator for a large mine in the United States. Since then, the product range has rapidly expanded to support various hydraulic shovels, backhoes and other haul trucks.

The largest end user of the Liebherr simulator series is Tier 1 Western Australia Iron Mine, and the Liebherr equipment simulator has also brought significant benefits to mines in 14 other countries/regions, including multiple global business improvement award winners.

Some recent examples of customer value realized by training operators using Immersive Technologies solutions include an 11% reduction in on-site time, a 36% reduction in machine abuse incidents, and an 8% increase in instant mining rates.
