Daly City (CBS SF)-Authorities say Daly City police destroyed an illegal gambling establishment early on Thursday morning, arrested four adults, and confiscated coin-operated machines, cash, drugs and guns.

According to information posted on the department’s social media accounts, a tragedy occurred in a house on Monterey Avenue at 5 am on Thursday.

At 5 AM today, our officials issued a search warrant at an address on Monterey Ave, which was used as an illegal gambling venue using slot machines. They seized illegal gambling machines, illegal drugs, US dollars and several guns. Four adult subjects were arrested. pic.twitter.com/zTUskk32YZ

The Daly City Crime Squad, detectives, and tactics team issued a search warrant to the address after determining that the residence was used as an illegal gambling venue equipped with coin-operated machines.

Officials found illegal gambling machines, large amounts of illegal drugs, large amounts of U.S. dollars, and multiple guns.

Detectives arrested four adults living in the residence. They were sent to the county jail for various charges related to drugs, guns, and illegal gambling.
