Rare candy is a commodity in Pokemon games. Just speed up the upgrade process, you can make your mons reach 100 faster. It sounds like this saves time, but they are not easily available. In fact, you can only get a few in the recently released Shenao remake. This is the location of all the rare candies in Pokemon Brilliant Diamonds and Brilliant Pearls.

In the process of playing the game, you can actually get more than 20. In fact, you can also get extra rare candies by playing games in the big dungeon and buying more rare candies from the battle tower supplier.
Although the Grand Underground method may be a tedious method, you can insist on farming them in the battle tower. The price of a rare candy is 20 BP. If you are farming for the 100 winning streak of the trainer card, you will have a lot of points that can be used to buy rare candies or other exquisite items.
As you achieve a winning streak in the battle tower, you will gain significantly more BP, especially when you defeat someone like the tower tycoon Palmer. At this point in the game, it is really recommended that you train your Pokemon to have powerful and satisfactory IV and EV to supplement its basic statistics. It will help you through more difficult battles in the tower.
Also note: Rare candies should not be used to quickly upgrade Pokemon to level 100 from the beginning. Since they didn't get a lot of happiness and EV along the way, their statistics will be significantly lower. A Pokemon that can be raised to 100 with only rare candies will lose to a Pokemon that has been properly trained by fighting different monsters in the wild and trainer battles.
