glue folding section
★ conveyor belt using the German import ring without joint, high friction belt, to ensure the delivery of cardboard is accurate
★ stainless steel coated rubber wheel, the glue evenly and save glue, never rust, resistant to a variety of glue corrosion.
★ folding part is equipped with cardboard pressing line correction device. Unique indenter angle in finishing function, all-around can be adjusted, can make cardboard folding indentation line finishing again, concise and efficient completely eliminate the "scissors mouth" phenomenon, suitable for different corrugated thickness of cardboard.
★ adopt high-grade linear guide rail and linear bearing, make this machine simple operation, lower error, durable, as long as lubrication in place basically no fault.
★ diaphragm pump automatic glue system: glue can be recycled to avoid the operator error glue and cause rework.
★ Application of iron wheel: All the hard wheels in the folding part of the middle section of this machine are plated with hard chromium by #45 steel.


 Stitching part
★The whole group of nail heads are all made of Japanese mould steel, computer gong precision processing.

★The counting and pushing adopt pneumatic mode, the action is reliable, accurate and fast.
★The pressing output part adopts the slow stop conveying device, which can hold more than 200 cartons, so that the cartons can be in the pressing state for a long time. It not only ensures the adhesive strength required by the carton sticking mouth, but also effectively improves the pressure resistance of the carton and makes the appearance of the carton more beautiful.
