Looking for a scare this Halloween? Why not come face-to-face with a doll that some say, is possessed by a demon?

Her name is Annabelle, her reputation is frightening, and she's coming to New Milford. More on that later, but if you're not familiar with Annabelle, these are some things you should know before deciding to go see her.

Today, Annabelle is in the care of Tony Spera. Spera is the son-in-law of Ed and Lorraine Warren. The Warrens were world renowned paranormal experts who lived in CT and kept the public safe from Annabelle when they were alive.

This past Spring, I interviewed a man named Dan Rivera. Rivera works for Tony Spera and he is heavily involved with the care and transportation of the Annabelle doll. Rivera says the Annabelle doll played a role in the death of a CT man in 1980. Rivera told us the following in May of 2022:

"This was back in 1980, a couple that came to the museum, and they wanted to view Annabelle. Well, this one guy came in and started knocking on the glass and challenging the doll. Ed saw what he was doing, Ed told him, son you need to leave the museum. Well, the guy left with his girlfriend from the museum and they were riding their motorcycle down Route 25, heading towards Bridgeport and they got into a motorcycle accident. He died in that motorcycle accident, his girlfriend survived but he challenged the demonic and you know, he paid the price for it."

Now you know, people believe this doll KILLED a man for taunting it, and it's coming to New Milford. Anyone who has been on the New Milford Facebook group can tell you, it's a TAUNT-Fest and now Annabelle is going to the place, where taunting lives. According to an event posted on the New Milford Facebook page, this is indeed the case. I have a second, and even more reliable source that tells me, the event is going to happen.

Anyway, here are the details:

When: Sunday, October 30th 7 pm.

Where: Harrybrooke Park, New Milford, CT

If you can't tell, I'm deathly afraid of this doll but you should totally go.
